PRODUCTION TIME

Normal delivery for all goods is within 20 to 25 working days from the date of payment of the agreed price of the goods to the operator's bank account.

Exceptionally, the delivery period can be extended by our company by another 5 working days. If, for serious reasons, the delivery time of the jewellery is longer than 30 working days, the customer will be immediately informed of this fact and we will ask for their agreement. A working day is considered a day of the week with the exception of Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays or non-working days.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The total amount can be divided into two parts - a 50% deposit and an additional payment upon delivery. If you want to use this option, write to us, and we will make an arrangement.
