SHIPPING TIMES
Normal delivery times for all goods are 10 to 15 working days from the date of payment of the agreed price of the goods to the operator's bank account.
Exceptionally, the delivery period can be extended by our company by another 5 working days. If, for serious reasons, the delivery time of the jewellery is longer than the time mentioned above, the customer will be immediately informed of this fact, and in case the delivery is longer than 20 working days, we will ask for the customer's agreement. A working day is a day of the week with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and with the exception of public holidays or non-working days.
METHODS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
- Personal collection - goods can be picked up by prior arrangement at the SALABA Goldsmith Studio in Ústí nad Orlicí or Prague.
- Czech Post / Valuable Writing - Goods are sent in accordance with the delivery time specified in the terms and conditions on our website.
The delivery of ordered goods within the territory of the Czech Republic is FREE.
In the case of goods being delivered abroad, the operator determines the method of transport of the goods. The customer is always individually informed of the total amount of the transport costs.
